Theodora Livanos
Since a very young age horses have been a huge part of Theodora’s life thanks to her mother’s love for them and the sport. Theodora has represented Greece all the way up the levels, competing at Pony, Junior and Young Rider European Championships.
In all three categories she achieved great results, some of the highlights being a 5th place finish at the Junior European Championships, a World Ranking of second in the Junior division and three top place finishes in the Young Rider division at the Aachen Youngstars event.
At the age of 17 Theodora took a big step up and competed at in her first Grand Prix. The summer of 2019 she gained much experience at the level winning many National Grand Prix tests and achieving successful results at International competitions as well.
Since then, she has begun training with British Olympian Emile Faurie and has had success at the highest level of the sport. Some of Theodora’s recent successes have been the 2019/20 World Cup in Salzburg, where she came 6th in the Grand Prix and 8th in the Freestyle with nearly 75% in a very strong field of competitions, and the 2019/20 World Cup in Neumunster. In 2020 Theodora endured a leg injury which kept her out of the saddle for the majority of the season. Theodora joins the fantasist team of SRPR athletes at a very exciting time in her sporting life as her attention is focused on the season ahead and qualifying for the upcoming Championships.
