With over a decades worth of experience in equestrian sponsorship and marketing, he thrives on developing new partnerships.
Having worked in a senior commercial role for international events, Scott has a wealth of knowledge and contacts across the sector, regularly attending leading international events globally to oversee campaign activations for our represented brands as well as managing athletes.
His knowledge in this space has resulted in him being a key note speaker for the World Class training programme, a speaker at the British Dressage National Championships in 2021, as well as a training facilitator at the British Dressage National Youth Academy 2022
Scott is also an accredited member of the British Equestrian Media Association ( BEMA )

Grace is a digital marketing and communications specialist, with experience from world class brands and events such as Red Bull and Goodwood Festival of Speed.
She focuses on designing creative and results driven campaigns that deliver targetted revenue and return on investment.
Having previously worked in the equestrian sector, Grace has an abundance of knowledge across mainstream brands, sports and events with a content led approach.

Having graduated from a Marketing Degree in 2016, Katie has worked across a multitude of sectors, focusing more recently in the ever-changing digital field specifically within the sports sector.
Thriving on the fast pace of Social and CRM trends, Katie looks after social for some of our accounts as well as supporting where necessary across the business.
Having showed for a number of years, Katie then went on to ride out in race yards across the UK and Ireland, trying to keep her hand in!

Bek is a business minded, sports and equine account assistant.
With a successful business portfolio in the sports and leisure industry, Bek brings a direct and targeted approach which is combined with experience in digital marketing and sports performance.
Having ridden competitively in Show Jumping and Eventing, Bek enjoys working within the sector applying her forward thinking approach.

Natalie graduated with a degree in Graphic Design in 2012 and for over 10 years has worked for a diverse range of brands, the last 4 years being primarily in the equine industry.
She has experience working across a variety of media including POS and trade stands, printed marketing collateral and all things digital.
