Georgina Day

Georgina is a 26 year old UK dressage rider who is based at the family owned Caldecote Farm, North London. She focuses on the buying and producing of dressage foals each year. Georgina travels round the UK & Holland in search for the best dressage & showjumping foals which they then produce as young horses in the hope of selling to amateur & professional homes. Georgina is incredibly dedicated to the sport and her goal is to make it to Grand Prix and representing Team GB in the near future. 

After graduating from the University of Birmingham in 2016, Georgina committed herself full time to the sport and feels she has come a long way in 5 short years. She was able to carry on the training of two super 6 year olds that she believes have the opportunity of making it all the way, especially with the help of GB riders Lisa Hopkins & Jezz Palmer. Georgina has had some great results at the BD Nationals & Young Horse Finals with both horses and looks forward to having a successful 2021 with them. She’s focused on training these horses & herself to the best of my ability and extremely excited about all of our futures. 

Georgina feels incredibly lucky to be based at a new development, Caldecote Farm Centre of Excellence, which is destined to become one of the best equestrian centres in the South East. She aims for the centre to have world-class facilities and will base her business there alongside our other young stock business.
