Cosby Green

Cosby is a 23 year old 5* event rider, originally from Lexington, KY USA. She decided to make the move over to the UK back in March 2023 in pursuit of becoming competitive on the world stage.

She began riding at the age of 4, and continuously had horses in her life throughout her education. During this time she competed in the North American Junior Young Rider Championships earning individual Bronze and team Silver.

She also has been named to the USEF Emerging Athlete Programs for Under 18’s and Under 25’s, and is currently on the 2024 U25 list. 

After achieving some top results in America and completing her degree in Business from the University of Kentucky, she flew three horses from the USA to be based at Chedington Equestrian with Tim and Jonelle Price.

Cosby ended the 2023 season doing her first 5* at Pau, finishing 16th. She also qualified all three horses for the 5* level and added a couple of new horses to her string.

She completed Badminton in 2024, and has consistently produced solid results at the 4*/Advanced levels.

Looking to the future, Cosby has decided to extend her stay in the UK through at least 2026 in hopes of being best prepared for the LA 2028 Olympic Games. She is looking to establish her career, add depth to her string, and focus on becoming a valuable team member for the USA.
