-            Authenticity: Do they appear authentic in their content? (A good point to consider is the volume of brands they are creating for this can reduce trust in an ambassador if there are too many)

-            Personality! Do they fit with your brand and team in terms of personality?

-            Engagement rates, frequency and fees: All things that should be discussed upfront and ahead of time to manage expectations
